Squid をプロキシサーバーとして設定して使う方法です。
Ubuntu 18.10 にインストールしました。
sudo apt install squid
インストールすると、起動しています。
設定ファイルのうち、次を変更します。
/etc/squid/squid.conf
#http_access allow localhost
http_access allow all
#http_access deny all
これは全てのアクセスを受け入れるので良い設定ではありません。運用する時は、再考する必要があります。
