多段ネストしている状態でWhere句を実施した場合
データを引っ張るテーブルの指定制御がずれる可能性がある。
ずれた場合は下記にてTableを指定すること
.where(issues: {project_id: project_id})
joinやincludeで書く方法もあるらしい
