ubuntu 24 をインストール ssh できなかったので以下を実行
sudo apt update
sudo apt install openssh-server
systemctl status ssh
をすると disable なのに active 状態
理由は
TriggeredBy ssh.socket でsshソケットからキックされている
systemctl status ssh.socket を見ると
Triggers ssh.service とされているのが分かる
