bash から fish に切り替える

$ chsh -s /usr/local/bin/fish

exit せずに今開いているターミナルを fish にする

$ exec fish -l

fish から bash に切り替える

$ chsh -s /bin/bash

exit せずに今開いているターミナルを bash にする

$ exec bash -l
