xib作成時にデフォルトで生成されたView(①)とは異なるUIView(②)をxibに追加し、ルートとなるUIViewをそちらの新規UIViewに差し替えたときにReferencing Outletの付け替えを忘れると発生する。
②のReferencing OutletsよりNew Referencing OutretをFile's Ownerに結んだところ解消できた。
