① まずは「真似」から始める
最初からオリジナル作品を作ろうとしなくても大丈夫です。
例えば、
・流行しているK-POP
・人気のミーム（ネットで流行っているネタ）
・TikTokで話題のダンス
こういったものを参考にして、似た雰囲気の動画を作ってみましょう。
最近ではAIを使えば動画や画像も簡単に作れるので、以前よりずっと挑戦しやすくなっています。
もちろん、そのままコピーするのではなく、「練習」として真似をすることが大切です。

You don't need to create something completely original from day one.
Instead, start by taking inspiration from content that is already popular.
For example:
・Trending K-pop videos
・Popular internet memes
・TikTok dances that everyone is watching
Try making videos with a similar style or feeling.
Today, AI tools can generate videos and images in just a few minutes, making it much easier for beginners to start creating.
The goal isn't to copy someone else's work exactly. The goal is to practice by learning from successful examples.
② 「守・破・離」を知ろう
日本には昔から「守・破・離（しゅ・は・り）」という考え方があります。
・守：まずは先生やお手本を真似する
・破：少しずつ自分なりの工夫を加える
・離：最後には自分だけのオリジナルを作る
これは武道だけではなく、歌舞伎や文楽、料理など、多くの分野で受け継がれてきた考え方です。
SNSでもまったく同じです。

Japan has a traditional learning philosophy called Shu-Ha-Ri.
Shu means to faithfully follow your teacher or a proven example.
Ha means to gradually add your own ideas and improvements.
Ri means to leave the original style behind and create something uniquely yours.
This concept has been used for centuries in martial arts, traditional theater, cooking, and many other crafts.
The same principle applies perfectly to creating content on social media.
③ 少しだけ変えてみる
真似を続けていると、やがて飽きてきます。
そのタイミングが、自分らしさを加えるチャンスです。
例えば、
・同じダンスだけど音楽を変える
・流行の曲に自分で描いたイラストを組み合わせる
・人気の編集方法で自分の街を撮影する
ほんの少し変えるだけでも、作品はあなたらしいものになります。

After copying for a while, you'll probably get bored.
That's actually a good sign.
It means you're ready to develop your own style.
For example, you could:
・Use the same dance but choose different music.
・Pair a trending song with your own artwork.
・Use a popular editing style to showcase your hometown.
You don't need to change everything.
Sometimes, a small twist is enough to make your work feel original.
④ 顔を出さなくても大丈夫
SNSでは自分の顔を出して活動する人もたくさんいます。
もちろん、それも素晴らしい方法です。
でも、必ずしも顔を出す必要はありません。
私自身は、電車の車窓や街の風景に好きな音楽を合わせた動画を作るのが好きです。
「顔はあまり出したくない」という人でも十分楽しめます。

However, showing your face is completely optional.
Personally, I enjoy filming train rides, city streets, and everyday scenery, then adding music that matches the mood.
If you're shy or simply prefer privacy, you can still build an interesting channel without ever appearing on screen.
⑤ 好きなものを撮ろう
撮るものは、本当に自分が好きなもので構いません。
例えば、
・虫
・花
・電車
・お寺
・猫
・空
・街歩き
もちろん料理でも構いません。
ただ、料理は人気ジャンルなので競争も激しいです。
自分だけが思わず撮ってしまうものを見つけることが、一番続けやすいと思います。

The best subject is something you genuinely enjoy.
It could be:
・Insects
・Flowers
・Trains
・Temples
・Cats
・The sky
・Walking around your city
Food is also popular, but many people already create food content.
Instead of chasing trends, look for something that naturally catches your attention every day.
That's usually the easiest topic to keep creating for years.
⑥ 最初はテーマを決めなくてもいい
最初から一つのテーマに絞る必要はありません。
今日は花。
明日は電車。
来週は虫。
そんな感じで大丈夫です。
続けているうちに、自分らしいテーマが自然と見えてきます。

You don't need to decide on a niche immediately.
Today you might photograph flowers.
Tomorrow you might film trains.
Next week you could record insects.
That's perfectly fine.
As you continue creating, you'll naturally discover what you enjoy most and what people enjoy watching from you.
⑦ 一番大切なのは「たくさん作ること」
SNSで一番大切なのは、とにかく作品を作り続けることです。
たくさん作れば、
・編集が上達する
・自分の好きなスタイルが見つかる
・オリジナルのアイデアが生まれる
ようになります。
お金になるかどうかは、その後に考えても遅くありません。
まずは、自分でも何度も見返したくなる作品を作ること。
それがInstagramやYouTubeを長く楽しむ一番のコツだと思います。

The more videos and photos you make,
・the better your editing becomes,
・the clearer your own style becomes, and
・the more original ideas you'll have.
Don't worry too much about making money in the beginning.
Focus on creating content that you yourself enjoy watching.
If you keep creating consistently, your style, your audience, and eventually your opportunities will grow naturally.
