CIがPASSしていない場合に、GitlabのMRをできなくする

忘れそうなので、残しておきます。

環境

  • GitLab Community Edition 9.2.6 332a71d
  • gitlab-ci-multi-runner 9.3.0
  • Ubuntu precise (12.04.5 LTS) (runner host)

設定

プロジェクトページのSettings→Generalから、1行目のチェックボックスをONにする。
