環境

Windows 7
VMware Workstation Player 12.5.5

TL;DR

以下のbatファイルを作ればよい

run
vmrun -T player start X:\path\to\foo.vmx nogui
stop
vmrun -T player stop X:\path\to\foo.vmx nogui

PATHを通す

; 区切りなのでスペースが合っても大丈夫みたいです。

C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation

vmrun list
