You need to resolve your index first

git branchマージがエラーとなって、他のブランチに切り替えたい時、こんなエラーメッセージが出ます。

「You need to resolve your index first.」

もしchangesファイルcommitしない時、
commit必要があれば、commitをクリックして、
逆に、全てのファイルはDiscard changeを行います。

続きまして、Terminalを開いて、コマンドします。
まずは自分のプロジェクトの格納場所を探して開いて

cd gitProject
git checkout gitBranch
git reset --merge

そうしたらば、Switch branchできます。
