mntした状態でwslを開きたい

やりたいことはめっちゃ単純

バインドマントした状態で（ホストのファイル構成をwsl内の環境と同期させる）wslに接続したターミナルをvscodeで開きたいということ

ただ意外と方法知らなくて少し調査して面倒だったので記録を残します

  • 以下のようにやるとただWSLに接続されるがバインドマウントされない

多分コマンドでも何かあるかと思います
