結論

サポートで「x時間以内に応答」とあるなら、業務時間9:00~18:00で通算x時間を経過するまでに応答する、という意味。

公式説明

背景

AWS SESでメール送信を不特定多数に行う必要があったので、本番アクセスをリクエストした。

その際、さらに情報を求められるのだが、「24時間以内にご連絡をいたします。」と書いてあるのに、土曜日に申し込んで月曜日が終わっても返ってこないので調べた。
