rubyのバージョンをプロジェクトに合わせる

$ rbenv local {Rubyバージョン}

Gemfile.lockファイル削除

$ rm  -rf Gemfile.lock

$ brew install openssl
$ bundle config --local build.mysql2 "--with-ldflags=-L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib --with-cppf

$ bundle install
