スプレッドシートURLから確認できる。
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/xxx.../edit#gid=0
のdとeditに挟まれたxxx...の部分がスプレッドシートIDに当たる。

取得

スプレッドシート
var spreadsheet = SpreadsheetApp.openById("xxx...");
シート
var sheet = spreadsheet.getSheetByName("【シート名】");（シート1など）
