ケバブケース

単語同士を-(ハイフン)で繋げる
first-time
単語が肉、ハイフンが串でケバブのように見えるからケバブケース
ただし、一般的なプログラミング言語では使われない。ハイフンは四足演算の引くを表すためエラーが発生する恐れがあるため

キャメルケース

後の単語の先頭を大文字にして繋げる
firstTime
FirstTiem
小文字と大文字で凸凹してる様がまるでラクダ(camel)のようだからキャメルケース

スネークケース

単語同士を_(アンダースコア)で繋ぐ
first_time
_がまるで地を這う蛇のようだからスネークケース
