権限回りの問題でVirtualboxの利用で大変苦労している方が結構いらっしゃると思う。
バージョン 4.3.12 が安定性が良いといわれています。
実際に試してみると、確かに安定性が良い感じ！
たまに初回起動でエラーになる場合はあるけど、２回目は成功するので
これぐらいなら使える。
