WGCNA::blockwiseModulesのエラーを解決する

Error in (new("standardGeneric", .Data = function (x, y = NULL, use = "everything", : unused arguments (weights.x = NULL, weights.y = NULL, cosine = FALSE)

というエラーが出た場合、基本的にはWGCNAのcor関数のconflictが原因なので

cor <- WGCNA::cor

でcorをWGCNAのもので定義してあげるとWGCNA::blockwiseModulesのエラーが起きなくなると思います。いろいろと調べたんですけど、英語のウェブサイトにくつか上がってましたね…。
