ポート番号からサービス名へ変換

ssh             22/tcp                          # The Secure Shell (SSH) Protocol
ssh             22/udp                          # The Secure Shell (SSH) Protocol
telnet          23/tcp
telnet          23/udp

サービス名からデーモンへ読みかえは/etc/xinetd.d/telnetのファイルを読み込んで中に記載されたデーモンを起動する
/etc/xinetd.confに設定しているケースもあるようだがcentos6,7にファイルは格納されていなかった
