Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost:3306' (10061)

管理者ユーザでMySQLサーバーに接続しようとしたら、「Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost:3306' (10061)」エラーが出たので、どのように解決をしたかの備忘録

原因：MySQLサーバーが停止していただけだった。

ということで、ローカルのMySQLサーバーを再起動した。

手順

スタートメニューから「サービス」を開く
↓
サービス一覧から「MySQL」を見つけ、右クリックして「開始」を選択

接続できた！！
