問題

MySQLへローカルなのに接続できない

原因と解決策

どうやら設定ファイルによりlocalhostに制限されているみたいです。
ということで行頭に#を付けてコメントアウト!!
(1行○○消しても良いです)

修正前

bind-address 127.0.0.1

修正後

#bind-address 127.0.0.1
