INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY. Looks like you don't have access to the data space used by the assigned data library. Update your data space access and try again.

You have to give Allow View Knowledge Access in the Permission set to Agentforce User.

Also try checking Data Cloud User permission if that has access to the Data Space under Data Cloud Data Space Management.

Agentforce ユーザの権限設定で「ナレッジの表示アクセスを許可」を付与する必要があります。

また、Data Cloud ユーザに Data Cloud のデータスペース管理でデータスペースへのアクセス権がある場合は、その権限もご確認ください。
