You have to enable Email-to-case in order for the action to be available.

最終的に正常に完了し、Eメールをレコードページに追加することができました。
私が持っていたページレイアウトの1つは、メールアイテムで、おしゃべりフィードに追加する適切なものを選択するだけです。
Found out the standard email button won't work for this scenario and was advised to create a custom quick action.
このシナリオでは標準のメール ボタンが機能しないことがわかり、カスタム クイック アクションを作成するように勧められました。
クイックアクションの設定数にはMaxがあるのかも。
ページレイアウトで追加しているんだけど表示されない。
数多くが設定されていたので、使ってないものを削除すると機能しましたね。
case numbers 00001002 and 00001016がない場合。
Setup -> Customize -> Cases -> Fields -> Click Edit next to Case Number and then change the display format

You need to add the 'replacement owner' field to quick actions on the case page layout and the internal comments were in that quick action.
So go to Setup, click on "Object Manager", and click on Case. After you click on Case, navigate to Buttons, Links, and Actions in the sidebar, then click on Replacement Owner - save Edit Layout, and It will take you to Replacement Owner Layout, and it will let you include Internal Comments.

When you run the Replacement Owner quick action, make sure that you fill out the 'Internal Comments' field. If you don’t see the 'Internal Comments' field when you click Replacement Owner, edit the quick action’s layout and add the field. Then run the quick action on the two cases again and include 'Ready for new solar panels.'

新しい割り当てルールをテストしているとき、「製品」に「ソーラーパネル」と入力することになっています。ただし、画面に製品オプションがありません
The "Type" field was not on my page layout. I put it in and selected "Problem" and it finally worked.
Do one thing delete all the cases with name Faulty Inverters!
Then create new case again with record type as product support
Account Name | Pyramid Construction Inc. {There can be two account records with same name}
Status| New
Case Origin| Phone
Subject| Faulty Inverter
Description| System shut down and seems to be from a faulty inverter
Product| Inverters
Type | Problem
Case Reason | Performance
Assign using active assignment rule| Select this option at the bottom
After doing clicking on save it should be assigned to Product Support Tier 1
After that go to setup -> case escalations -> click on search and see if the the record is showing there or not!

I had the exact same issue and noticed later that my page layout was incorrect and missing fields.
Follow as below:
Setup | Object Manager | Case
Select Product Support Case Layout
Select Case Page Layouts
Make sure you have the following fields added:
Just create a new case and delete the old one. It should work. Let me know if it worked for you =)

ケース: 件名フィールドが暗号化されない
However the issue was, there was a flow "Close Care Plan Tasks"
Case.Subject: You can't encrypt "Case.Subject", because it's used to sort records. To encrypt this field, in the flow "Close Care Plan Tasks" stop sorting by "Case.Subject" in the "carePlansDRC" record choice set.
I had to remove the sorting on subject field on case object or have to delete the flow to complete the trailhead.
しかし問題は、「ケアプランタスクをクローズする」というフローがあったことです。
Case.Subject: 「Case.Subject」はレコードの並べ替えに使用されるため、暗号化できません。このフィールドを暗号化するには、「ケア プラン タスクのクローズ」フローで、「carePlansDRC」レコード選択セットの「Case.Subject」による並べ替えを停止します。
トレイルヘッドを完了するには、ケースオブジェクトの件名フィールドの並べ替えを削除するか、フローを削除する必要がありました。
