click setup--> create --> objects --> case --> scroll down to "Record Type Section" --> you will find the record type that you have created, click the record type name you want to update the pick list value --> in "Picklists Available for Editing" section you will find Type__c --> click "Edit" ,update the pick list value.

not getting the option for Product | Inverters

I found the issue in the first module they made us delete the product option which is why there is no product option therefore follow the steps of the first chapter module and add back in the product option.

In my case "Type" field doesn't have a value "problem" I have added it from case "record types" and it worked.
Try to fill all value provided in the module it will work.
The "Type" field was not on my page layout. I put it in and selected "Problem" and it finally worked.

私の場合、「タイプ」フィールドに値「問題」がありません。ケース「レコードタイプ」から追加しましたが、機能しました。
モジュールで提供されるすべての値を入力してみてください。
「タイプ」フィールドがページ レイアウトにありませんでした。それを入れて「問題」を選択したところ、ようやく機能しました。

Go to Object Manager-->Cases-->Record Type-->Product Support--> Under Picklists Available for Editing Click edit next to Type-->Add Problem to Selected Values--> Create a new case with Type Problem.

We can't find a case associated with the contact 'Pat Stumuller'

Can you make sure that Pat exists as a contact? The error you're seeing happens when you try to link a record to another record that doesn't exist. You may need to create Pat under Contacts before creating the case.

. I finally got the solution. I had to make contact name optional and it worked.

I figured it out. Embarrassingly there was a hidden bullet in the copy/paste that Salesforce didn't like.

Could not find an active case record type named 'Product Support' for the 'Product Support' support process.

I thought I had the same problem with Billing, It was only when I went back to "Support Processes" under the quick find, I had not added Billing. So I added it, and then had to go to the object case and record type and adjust the Billing in there from Product support to billing.

I had the same issue, you probably forgot to complete bullet point number 7 under "Create a Support Process", if you don't create the support process for "billing" it won't show up in the drop-off list. It's an easy fix.

Go back and add the support process, then you can go back to the record type, click edit and then select billing.

I found eventually that I had copied and pasted the wrong label and the system could not find the record type.

I have reviewed the issue in your org and found that Support process label has a typo. The Support Process label is entered as Prodcut Support.

But it should be Product Support. I have renamed it properly and now the challenge is working as expected.

If you have an old version of the flow, try deleting it

We can't find the service contract named '123-456789'.

Enter it in the Service Contract object, not the Contract object.
