After creating your record types, if they don't show up :
- Go to Setup > Users > Profiles, select the required profiles (for example, System admin), then edit.
Search for "Record Type Settings" section and edit "Cases".
From there, you can move "Billing" & "Product Support" to selected record types.
Now you can select the record type when creating new case:

I have merged two of my trailhead accounts and for some reason I can't seem to find my answer for this, I think my answer was " try create a global picklist" is it right
- Try changing the playground language setting to English.
- Try switching to classic
