- We can’t find a Record-Triggered Flow named 'Add Generator Product to Named Opps'. Make sure you saved the flow with 'Add_Generator_Product_to_Named_Opps' as the API Name.
- In the Check Opp Name element, we can’t find the default outcome named 'None'.
- In the Add Generator Product to Named Opps flow, we can't find the latest version activated.
- In the create 2000 Opp product element, We can't find the pricebookEntryId set to Get_2000_PBE>id
- In the Get 2000 PBE element, we can’t find a condition requirement that 'Product2Id Equals Product from Get_2000_Product > Id'.
- We can’t find a Create Records element named 'Create 1500 Opp Product'. Make sure its API Name is 'Create_1500_Opp_Product'
- The "Product from Get_1500_Product > Id" does not appear as an option in the Value space in the "Get New Records" for "1500kW.
Build Flows with Flow Builder> Flow Builder Logic> Calculate Values in Variables and Formulas
- We can’t find a record-triggered flow named 'Add VIP to Description'. Make sure you saved the flow with 'Add_VIP_to_Description' as the API name.
- In the Add VIP to Description flow, we can’t find a trigger that runs the flow only when a record is updated.
- In the Add VIP to Description flow, we can’t find a setting to run the flow only when a record is updated to meet the condition requirements.
- In the VIP Description variable, we can’t find the default value set to 'VIP. '. (Don’t forget the period and space after VIP.)
- In the Get Account element, we can’t find a condition requirement that 'Id Equals $Record > AccountId'.
- In the Add VIP to Description flow, we can't find the latest version activated.
Record-Triggered Flows > Build a Record-Triggered Flow
- We can’t find a flow with 'Review Opportunity with Account Owner' as the label and 'Review_Opportunity_with_Account_Owner' as the API Name.
- In the 'Review Opportunity with Account Owner' flow, we can’t find a 'Create Records' element with 'Create_Email_Task' as the API Name.
- In the 'Create Task' action, we can’t find the 'OwnerId' field set to the owner of the Opportunity that triggered the flow.
- The field "OwnerId" isn't compatible with the SObject element "$Record". "$Record" can't be a SObject.
Record-Triggered Flows > Add a Scheduled Task to Your Flow
The 'Notification of New Case for Large Account' email template subject doesn't have the expected subject 'New Case: {!Account.Name}'.
We can't save this record because the “Notification: Case for Large Account” process failed. So I tossed out the Cases org I had done this in and created a new Cases Redo playground. I started at the beginning of the module and copied and pasted every single thing being careful not to have extra spaces or punctuations and VOILA! I don't know what was missing the first time around and I'm guessing it was something that wasn't typed/copied correctly.
