Prework:
If you didn’t complete the steps in the Link Images In Prompts section of this unit, do that now or you won’t be able to complete this challenge.

If you see a warning message and you already created a trusted URL for salesforce.com, disregard the warning.

• Verify that pre-work is complete. In Setup, Trusted URLs should include this entry:

  • API Name: help_salesforce_com
  • URL: help.salesforce.com
  • CSP Directive: img-src (images) is selected

• Create an in-app prompt:

  • Location: Sales Console Home page
  • Prompt Type: Docked Prompt
  • Custom theme Color Value: Dark

• Define the prompt content:

  • Header: Check it out!
  • Title: Customize Your Console Navigation
  • Body: You can add, remove, and reorder navigation items at any time. (We won’t check this)

• Add an image:

  • Media: Link to an image with a URL
  • Image URL: https://resources.help.salesforce.com/images/e543ddf8f778368bc30f38f19932cc90.png
  • Alt Text: Navigation list
  • Image Layout: Image Above Body Text (we won’t check this)

• Define the prompt settings:

  • Action Button Label: Learn About Console Apps
  • Action Button URL: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.console_lex_feature_parity.htm&type=5
  • Schedule End Date: 1 month from today (we won’t check this)
  • Times to Show: 3
  • Days In Between: 5
  • Name: Customize Navigation in Console
  • API Name: CustomizeNavigationinConsole
  • Description: Tell users how to customize the navigation in the Sales Console app. (we won’t check this)

３つのパッケージをインストールしても上記エラーは変わらない

以下で２が選べないですね。

Define a Targeted Prompt

1. Click Single Prompt and then click Next.
2. For Prompt Type, select Targeted Prompt.

ヘルプをみるとでるらしいけど...

違うプレイグランドだと表示されたので、再度おかしなプレイグランドに接続すると、機能します。キャッシュかなぁ

プロンプト内の画像をリンクするの手前までセットして検証ボタンを押してもエラーは同じ。

先頭にブランクが入っていたので、エラーになった

できたぁって思ったら...

In the 'Customize Navigation in Console' prompt, we can’t find the Title set to 'Customize Your Console Navigation'.

間違ってタイトルにURLを設定してました。修正したら合格です。

組織でこれを確認したところ、Sales アプリのホームページに「Customize Navigation in Console」という名前のプロンプトが作成されていることがわかりましたが、これは Sales Console のホームページで作成する必要があります。

I have reviewed this in your org and found that you have created a Prompt with the name "Customize Navigation in Console" in Sales app Home page but it should be created on Sales Console Home page.

プロンプトは、「Sales」アプリではなく、「Sales Console」アプリに追加する必要があります。

You have to add the prompt on the "Sales Console" app and not on the "Sales" app !!

• Getting this error in create In-App Prompts unit while creating Define a Targeted Prompt "Targeted prompts must be assigned to an element. Select an element or choose a different prompt type."

This may not work if there is something left in your browser's cache.

Try logging out and logging in again.

In the 'Customize Navigation in Console' prompt schedule, we can’t find the Times to Show set to '3'.

• (Admin Beginner) Create In-App Prompts module, we can’t find the Times to Show set to '3'.

Tried in entirely new playground and it works!

自然に解消？

• Create Prompts in Lightning Experience -> Tergeted Prompts (problem)

After a while, however, it worked. I don't know what happened, but I went to Specify Prompt Settings.

設定したホームが違う

• Hello, I was studying "Create prompts in lightning experience" under User engagement from Admin beginner and I followed every single instruction. But whenever I hit the green section to earn points, it shows below error. Please advise how to resolve.

Please check if the header is set correctly

Goto SETUP --> In-App Guidance --> Customize Navigation in Console --> Edit
