- For Prompt Type, select Targeted Prompt.
ヘルプをみるとでるらしいけど...
違うプレイグランドだと表示されたので、再度おかしなプレイグランドに接続すると、機能します。キャッシュかなぁ
プロンプト内の画像をリンクするの手前までセットして検証ボタンを押してもエラーは同じ。

In the 'Customize Navigation in Console' prompt, we can’t find the Title set to 'Customize Your Console Navigation'.
間違ってタイトルにURLを設定してました。修正したら合格です。
The prompt named 'Customize Navigation in Console' with API name set to 'CustomizeNavigationinConsole' was not added to the Sales Console Home page.
組織でこれを確認したところ、Sales アプリのホームページに「Customize Navigation in Console」という名前のプロンプトが作成されていることがわかりましたが、これは Sales Console のホームページで作成する必要があります。
I have reviewed this in your org and found that you have created a Prompt with the name "Customize Navigation in Console" in Sales app Home page but it should be created on Sales Console Home page.

プロンプトは、「Sales」アプリではなく、「Sales Console」アプリに追加する必要があります。
You have to add the prompt on the "Sales Console" app and not on the "Sales" app !!

After a while, however, it worked. I don't know what happened, but I went to Specify Prompt Settings.

再設定の手順
Goto SETUP --> In-App Guidance --> Customize Navigation in Console --> Edit
Next
Goto SETUP --> In-App Guidance --> Customize Navigation in Console --> Delete
In the 'Customize Navigation in Console' prompt,we can't find the image Alt Text set to 'Navigation list'
Try removing a dot
Navigation list. --> Navigation list
In the 'Customaize Navigation in Console' prompt,we can't find the custom theme Color Value set to 'Dark'
