routes.rb で設定されたパスとHTTPメソッドの一覧を確認したいとき、下記のコマンドを実行すると見ることができます。
$ bin/rails routes
オプション-cを使ってコントローラ名を指定すると、そのコントローラへのパスとHTTPメソッドのみを表示できます。
例えばmembers_controller.erb のルーティングを見たいときは、
$ bin/rails routes -c members
