GMailにsmtpでメールを送信する場合、特にスパムではないのにスパム扱いを受けてしまい、下記のようにメールを送信できない場合がある。

そんなときのためのチェックリスト
- spfレコードがきちんと設定されているか
- 文字に記号が入っていないか（※、【】など）
- 「送信専用アドレスです」というような文言が入っていないか
これらを確認し、修正したところ、無事メールを送れるようになった。
