自動起動させないようにする
chkconfig を使えとの記事が多かったが Ubuntu 18.04 ではコマンドがないため
$ sudo systemctl disable apache2.sevice
$ sudo systemctl disable nginx.service
もとに戻す
$ sudo systemctl enable apache2.sevice
$ sudo systemctl enable nginx.service
