Ubuntu18.04LTSではデフォルトですべてのポートが閉じられてるようです。
SSH接続は問題なかったのでファイアウォールが原因だとは思わなかった。
VirtualBoxでホストオンリーアダプタ設定して接続してたのでそこらへんが原因じゃないかと2日調べまくってた。
