csvファイルを開くと、日本語が文字化けする。
###対応方法
- ファイル > オプション > 言語 を選択
- 「編集言語の選択」がデフォルトで
英語になっているのを日本語にする - 「既定に設定」を押す
Officeの再起動後に有効になる。
