気象庁の降水レーダー画像を取得するスクリプトです。2021年02月24日の更新に伴って書き直しました。

相変わらず習作ですが、画像取得リトライ工作をなんぼかいたしました。Slackによるエラー通知もさせてみました。ユーザ依存な部分を伏せ書きにしていますのでご注意ください。
