【Python】forrtl: error (200): program aborting due to control-C eventと表示されたときの対処法

症状

anacondaでpythonの仮想環境を作って動かしたプログラムをCtrl+Cで強制終了しようとしたら以下のエラーがでた。動作環境はWindows10 Python3.8.5

対処法

使ってたライブラリ（scipy）が古かったらしい。

pip install --upgrade scipy

アップグレードしたら治った。それだけ。
