Ctrl + Shift + cで Inspect Element モードを起動する。
Inspect Element モードの状態で、Ctrlを押しながらマウスで範囲を指定
（クリックしたところ～クリックを離したところまでが範囲になる）
問題は同じ画面で何度もキャプチャ取りたいとき。
毎回Inspect Element モードを起動しないといけないのが面倒です。
誰かInspect Element モードに固定する方法と解除する方法教えて下さい。
