Troubleshooting for updating to Windows 11

When I try to update my pc to windows 11, I got a error of this.

At the beginning I think that my pc may not able to update to windows 11.
But after a little bit searching I found a way to check the detailed reason from here. My case is that my default browser is IE....

Open this folder C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther
Locate the largest file which ends with "... APPRAISER_Human_Readable.xml"
Open this file with Notepad or some other text editor.
Search "This PC can't be upgraded".
A few lines above of the line found, you will see the reason with headed with Property Name="SdbAppName" Value="The detailed reason..."
