複数のChromeウィンドウで同時に異なる言語設定（i18nテストに便利）

Chromeの「連絡先」機能を使うことで、ウィンドウ毎に異なる言語設定(Accept-Language)でブラウジングできます。国際化（i18n）ウェブサイトのテストに便利です。

なお、以下の説明では、日本語をプライマリ言語として利用しているものとします。

設定手順

1. Chromeに "English" ユーザーを追加する。

2. "English" ユーザーで新しいウィンドウを開く。

3. "English" ユーザーのプライマリ言語を英語にする。
