以下のようなエラーが出る。
ERROR: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository code=0 An error occurred while downloading http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/content.xml.xz.
原因はダウンロードしたブラウザの下部に表示されたアイコンをそのままクリックしたため。
保存先のフォルダから起動すればOK
