bundler: not executable: bin/railsエラーがwheneverでパッチ処理しようとして出た時の対処法

wheneverを用いたパッチ処理の練習中のエラー。

と同じエラーが続き、超初心者につきよくわからず悩んで途方に暮れていた時。。。

解決方法を見つけました！！！

ターミナル

$ bundle exec rake app:update:bin

をしてひたすらエンターエンターエンター
で解決しました！！！やった！！！！
