以下のように、Google Spread APIの認証で弾かれる場合、
HttpError 403 "The caller does not have permission."
ホームディレクトリにある「.credentials」をフォルダごと削除してみる。
※Windowsの場合、「C:￥Users￥(ユーザー名)￥.credentials」
そうすると、次回の自作スクリプト実行時に、再度認証作業が行われ、うまくいくことがある。
