jenkins自身は、tmpdirを設定するパラメータは持っていないので、javaの引数で指定する。
JAVA_ARGS="-Djava.io.tmpdir=/var/lib/jenkins/tmp"
てな感じ。
コレ変えとかないと、tmpdirがチープな環境でやってる場合にmaster自身がリソース不足でオフラインにされたりして実行に難儀する。
