ssh localhost "nohup sleep 10 > /dev/null 2>&1 &" > /dev/null 2>&1
nohupして出力が返ってこないようにすれば良い。
ssh先のサーバーにスクリプト作っておいてそのスクリプト叩くとかがいいですかね
