watchコマンド使えよって話ですがある程度の変化していく間隔のログを見たい時ですね。
コマンドライン上にログを吐き続けていってサラッと読めるようなの。
loop ps aux | grep [s]3cmd
とかやればs3cmdのプロセスの使用メモリとか時間とか出て来て見返せる
