predisで通信をテストしていたところ、
下記のエラーが出て、一時的に通信が遮断
errorログ
An error has occurred: Error while reading line from the server ~~
redis.confファイルのtimeout を 0にして再起動
predisで接続時にread_write_timeout=0を追加して発生しなくなった
