MySQL Installerで「No packages found」が表示された場合の対処法

結構時間取られたので備忘録

結論

  1. すでにインストール済みの MySQL Installer のアンインストール
  2. 2つ目のインストーラ（mysql-installer-community-8.0.23.0.msi）からインストール

自分の場合、以前 MySQL Workbanch のインストールのため MySQL Installer を使用していたので、「設定」→「アプリと機能」からアンインストールしてから試すとエラーなく進めました。
