手順

Settings > Advanced Settings
Use modal commit interface for Git and Mercurial にチェックを入れる

Settingsを開いて検索窓にcommitと入力してAdvanced Settingsを開くのが楽

Android Studioが古い場合の手順

Preferences > Version Control > Commit
Use non-modal commit interface のチェックを外す
