Eclipseで日本語文字が文字化けする場合、ワークスペースの文字コードをMS932（デフォルト）からUTF-8に変更する。
ウインドウ(W)>設定(P)から設定画面を開く。
ワークスペースメニューの「テキスト・ファイル・エンコード」で
その他のプルダウンから「UTF-8」を選択する。
適用して閉じる。
