npm iを終えている段階で

node_modules/moment/localeの中身を必要なもの以外削除する
例えばjaのみ残すなら
find node_modules/moment/locale/ -type f | grep -v -E 'ja.js' | xargs rm -rf - ビルドする
お疲れさまでした。
Angularでwebpack用の諸々を入れたくない、moment.jsもまだ使いたい人向けです。
当然非推奨なやり方ですが、必要な方はどうぞ。
