コンソールにShowDebug CAMERAと入力すると、プレイヤーの座標と向き、カメラの基本的な情報（座標、回転、FOV、AspectRatio）などが表示されます。
上の画面はUE5.6ですが、UE4.27でも使えることを確認しました。
