:rocket: TL;DR

  • とりあえず npm コマンドが使えて、proxy が設定されていることを確認する
    • $ npm config get proxy

むむっと思ってメッセージで検索するも、それらしい解決策が見つからず。

いったん Hyper 2.1.2 を入れてみたところ、エラー内容が Timeout 的なやつに代わって、そういえば Proxy 設定してないやと、解決に至る:angel:
