Tuning RundeckのQuartz job threadCountに記載されている
/etc/rundeck/rundeck-config.propertiesに下記の行を追加して、マシンに適切なスレッド数を設定すれば良い。
quartz.threadPool.threadCount = 20
デフォルトは10なので、
同時に初めて終わってほしいジョブが、10ジョブずつ処理されて時間がずれるので困っていた。
真面目に運用してる人は知ってるんだろうな。
