展示用などでアプリケーション毎にメニューバーを非表示にする方法
以下はFinderのメニューバーを非表示にする場合。

sudo defaults write /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Info LSUIPresentationMode -int 4
sudo chmod 644 /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Info.plist
killall Finder
